Here's what our Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Quick Start includes:
Configure User Management: We’ll help you setup and configure the user records, profile and role with the permissions appropriate for the version license you have.
Object customization: There are some specific fields and related lists that will need to be customized as part of the configuration. We will help add them where necessary and also connect key objects (such as campaigns and their hierarchy).
Configure, Test and Unpause the Connector: Once the fields are set up and the connector has been configured, we will conduct tests to ensure that data is behaving the way that it should given multiple scenarios. We’ll also configure any applicable external connectors.
Configure Tracker Domain and DKIM setup : We’ll work with your web team to enable trackers compliant with legal best practice and configure the emails sent to come from your own domain.
Create up to 3 Email Templates: Working with your Marketing design team or assets, we’ll create up to 3 email Templates for you to choose from.
Create up to 3 Landing Pages and 3 External Actions: We’ll work with your design team or assets to create branded landing pages to help collect and track key leads and interested prospects.
Create the Subscription Preference and Unsubscribe pages: Discuss current Privacy Trends and make sure you’re not only compliant, but confident in how you treat the privacy of your customers.
Create up to 10 Segmentation Rules - We’ll work with your team to help define your list subscription structure and how best to match it to your content creation. From there, we can make automated rules to help implement the strategy.
Create up to 5 Engagement Studios - Understanding the journey of emails that your customers want (and don’t want) to receive, we’ll help shape the outbound email automation to communicate to your customers what they need to hear, when they need to hear it.
Data Integration for Targeted Campaigns: Integrate Marketing Cloud with relevant data sources to enhance your targeting capabilities. This ensures that your marketing campaigns are highly personalized and relevant, resulting in increased customer engagement.
Training: Having it set up and configured is simply not enough. Empowering your team to understand how to use it, how to create any necessary training videos and access to self learning modules is all included. Included are 3 x 60 minute remote training sessions specific for your organization.
